All communities need collaborative planning to create policies, programs, and design that reflect the vision of the people and best planning practices. At Mosaic, our goal is to facilitate the process of collective planning, capture the vision of the community, and translate those ideas into meaningful housing and community development plans. Our work includes Consolidated Plans, CAPERs, and Annual Action Plans for municipalities receiving CDBG, HOME, ESG and HOPWA funding, as well as Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area plans and environmental reviews.
How can we help:
- Engaging community outreach to draw out needs and concerns, with a focus on residents eligible to be served by HUD grant funds.
- Mapping and graphics that make housing and community development data approachable and interesting.
- Coordination with clients to identify activities that best meet local needs and HUD program requirements.
- Up-to-date understanding of HUD’s evolving rules, processes, and software, including IDIS.
